Open the relevant campaign in ChatGPT Ads Manager.
Locate the Ad Group that is showing the low-bid or limited-delivery warning.
Click the three-dot menu next to the Ad Group and select Edit.
Open the Bid Strategy section.
If Maximize results is selected, switch to Manual: Max bid if you want to set your own bid.
Enter a higher maximum bid. For a CPC campaign, this is your maximum cost per click. For a CPM campaign, it is your maximum cost per 1,000 impressions.
For UAE campaigns, you can start with a practical test bid in AED and increase it gradually if your ads are still receiving limited delivery.
For example, if you are currently bidding AED 10 per click, try AED 12 or AED 15 rather than immediately increasing it to AED 25 or AED 30.
Save the changes and monitor delivery after the new bid takes effect.
Tips for UAE advertisers
Increase the bid gradually: A small increase can be enough to improve ad delivery.
Do not increase the bid just because impressions are low: Check your targeting, audience relevance, budget, and ad group settings first.
Watch your actual CPC: Your maximum bid is not necessarily what you will pay for every click.
Compare your spend with your results: A higher bid is useful only if the additional traffic produces worthwhile results.
Give each bid change some time before making another adjustment: Changing the bid repeatedly within a short period can make it harder to judge what actually improved delivery.
Set a maximum amount you are comfortable paying in AED: Do not keep raising the bid simply to force impressions.
If you are testing a new UAE campaign, you can start conservatively, monitor delivery, and gradually move from AED 10 to AED 12, AED 15, AED 18, and so on until you find a level that provides sufficient delivery at an acceptable cost.
If Maximize Results is available for your campaign, you can also use the automatic bidding option instead of manually adjusting the maximum bid.
